With our partners and suppliers, we are able to offer you (depending on availability) high-quality refurbished concrete mixing plants at very attractive prices. We primarily offer the following types:
1. Stetter M1 (approx. 56m³/h)
2. or Stetter M2 (approx. 90 m²/h)
3. or Stetter M2.5 (approx. 108-112 m³/h)
Zu einer Aufarbeitung gehören unter anderem:
✔ The concrete mixing plant is completely and intensively cleaned of dirt and concrete
✔ All components are technically checked
✔ Wear parts are replaced if necessary
✔ All rubber hoses & spiral hoses are replaced
✔ Wear parts of the mixer are replaced if necessary.
✔ Seals and bearings of the mixer are replaced if necessary.
✔ Defective parts are exchanged or replaced.
✔ All oils/lubricants are replaced.
✔ The elevator rope is replaced
✔ The steel structure of the concrete mixing plant is checked and repaired if necessary (replacement sheets in the area of the aggregate bunker, elevator)
✔ The entire mixing plant is primed
✔ Painting is carried out according to customer requirements
After a successful test run, the respective concrete mixing plant is delivered in perfect condition (like new).
If required or at the customer's request, we are happy to offer delivery, assembly and commissioning services. We can also train the operating personnel. And all of this at very interesting and fair prices!
INCLUDING 6 MONTHS WARRANTY!
SOf course, we also rely on "after-sales service". So we are still there for you! Whether it's the delivery of spare parts, repairs and/or necessary advice. We are there for you!
